2. Strengthen Core Physics Concepts First

Candidates should prioritize mechanics, electricity, magnetism, and modern physics, as these areas consistently carry higher weightage.

3. Separate Preparation for Prelims and Mains

Prelims require speed and accuracy, while mains require deep conceptual clarity, so preparation approach must be different.

4. Focus on Numerical-Based Questions

Physics questions often involve formula application, so regular numerical practice is essential.

5. Practice Previous Year & Memory-Based Questions

Repeated concepts can be identified by solving previous recruitment-based questions, helping predict important chapters.

6. Qualifying Papers Should Not Be Ignored

Although Hindi & English are qualifying, failure to clear them leads to direct disqualification.

7. Time Management Through Mock Tests

Mock tests help in identifying weak areas, improving attempt strategy, and reducing exam anxiety.

8. Analyze Mock Test Performance

After every mock test, candidates must analyze wrong attempts, not just scores.

9. Current Affairs Preparation Must Be Continuous

Daily short notes and weekly revision help retain important facts.

10. Prepare PET Alongside Written Exam

Physical preparation should run parallel to written preparation to avoid last-minute pressure.
